Lash Bowl: Designed to make lash cleaning quick and gentle, our Lash Wash Bowl and Cleansing Brush help remove makeup, oil, and adhesive residue without damaging lash clusters.


Blink Empire Lash Shampoo gently cleanses lashes and the eye area, removing makeup, oils, and adhesive residue. Its lightweight formula is suitable for both natural lashes and reusable lash clusters, helping maintain hygiene while preserving lash softness and curl.



  • Cleaning & Reuse


    Once you have removed your cluster lashes, place them into a lash wash bowl or onto a cotton pad.


    Dispense half a pump of Blink Empire Lash Shampoo onto a cleansing brush and gently cleanse the lashes to remove adhesive and makeup residue. Rinse thoroughly with water.


    Use a disposable mascara wand if needed to remove any remaining product. Allow lashes to dry completely on a cotton pad before placing them back into their original tray.


    Reusable up to 5 times with proper care.

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.


    Refund Eligibility :


    Refunds are only considered if:

    • The item is defective

    • An incorrect item was sent

    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging


    All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


    Inspection and Approval:


    • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt

    • Refunds are processed only after successful inspection

    • Items that are used, opened, or not in original condition will not qualify


    Exchanges:


    • If the incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return and delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility

    • If we sent a defective or incorrect item, Blink Empire will cover shipping costs
