Shipping is calculated based on order value. Please note that sale orders may take slightly longer to deliver.

Delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
Returns & Refunds
At Blink Empire, hygiene, quality, and customer care are our priority. Please read the policy below carefully.
No Returns on Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered if:

The item is defective

An incorrect item was sent

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Inspection & Approval

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt

Refunds are processed only after successful inspection

Items that are used, opened, or not in original condition will not qualify
Exchanges

If the incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return and delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility

If we sent a defective or incorrect item, Blink Empire will cover shipping costs
