How to apply

Before you begin

Start with clean, dry lashes that are completely free from makeup, oils, or residue. For the most seamless result, avoid applying mascara before application. We recommend working on one eye at a time to maintain precision and control.

Step 1: Apply the Bond

Using your Blink Empire Bond, brush a thin, even layer onto your natural lashes from underneath, focusing only on the area where the base of the cluster will sit.

You do not need to coat the entire lash — applying the bond closer to the lash line allows for a cleaner, more natural blend.

For a stronger hold or fuller lash look, the bond can be taken slightly higher up the natural lash, but always apply sparingly. Allow the bond to sit for 20–30 seconds until it becomes tacky. Note our bond is latex free

Step 2: Prepare the Lash Cluster

Gently remove a lash cluster from the tray using tweezers. Apply a light layer of bond to the base of the cluster only. Avoid overloading the lash with adhesive.

Step 3: Apply the Cluster

Once both surfaces are tacky, position the cluster underneath your natural lashes, placing it close to the lash line without touching the skin.

Using a gentle upward and outward motion, secure the cluster into place.

Step 4: Fuse the Lashes

Using your tweezers, softly press and fuse the cluster into your natural lashes to ensure a seamless blend. Continue this process in small sections until your desired look is achieved on both eyes.

Step 5: Seal the Look

Once all clusters are applied, gently dab the Sealer onto the areas where the bond was used.

This step locks in the lashes, eliminates tackiness, and helps extend wear time. Avoid brushing the sealer through the full length of the clusters.

Wear time: Up to 5–7 days with proper care.

How to Remove Cluster Lashes

Apply Blink Empire Lash Remover directly to the areas where the bond and sealer were applied. Allow the remover to sit briefly until the adhesive begins to break down.

As the lashes loosen, gently slide the clusters away from the lash line using a downward motion. Never pull or tug.

Cleaning & Reuse

Once removed, place the clusters into a lash wash bowl or onto a cotton pad.

Dispense half a pump of Blink Empire Lash Shampoo onto a cleansing brush and gently cleanse the lashes to remove adhesive and makeup residue. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Use a disposable mascara wand if needed to remove any remaining product. Allow lashes to dry completely on a cotton pad before placing them back into their original tray.

Reusable up to 5 times with proper care.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

Refund Eligibility :

Refunds are only considered if:

• The item is defective

• An incorrect item was sent

• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Inspection and Approval:

• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt

• Refunds are processed only after successful inspection

• Items that are used, opened, or not in original condition will not qualify

Exchanges:

• If the incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return and delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility

• If we sent a defective or incorrect item, Blink Empire will cover shipping costs
